I am a local Broker who gives back to my community: I live, shop, work, volunteer & donate in Yolo County. My charities include Yolo Crisis Nursery, St Jude Children’s Hospital, Meals on Wheels, STEAC & Yolo Food Bank.

I have been involved in a variety of personal Real Estate transactions since 1989: Buying and selling residential, rural, income properties, and vacant land. I love the energy, challenges and continuous change that the Real Estate industry provides.

My desire to help people motivated me to obtain a Bachelor Degree in Social Services. This field of study focuses on helping people; ADVOCATE * MEDIATE * NEGOTIATE, remove barriers that get in the way, locate necessary resources to help my clients move forward, and provide my clients with honest and accurate information that is necessary to empower them to make decisions that they feel are in their own best interest. The Social Services field offered the perfect foundation for my Real Estate business.
I acquired my Realtor® license in 2009 and then my Broker license in 2017. I started Howard Real Estate Services’ Property Management division in 2018. Howard Real Estate Services now handles Real Estate Sales and Property Management.
