  •  Net disposable income must be equal to or greater than 3.0% of monthly rent
  • Credit Score Minimum FICO 620 
  • No previous evictions 
  • No open collections or Bankruptcy unless medically related 
  • No criminal conviction of Felony Manufacture or Sale of Controlled Substances
  • Satisfactory responses from references 
  • Two persons per bedroom plus one is legal maximum occupancy

Your Application may be denied for the following:
  • Incomplete or unsigned application 
  • Inability to verify applicant identity 
  • Inability to verify other information on application 
  • Applicant demonstrates threatening or abusive behavior toward Property Management staff during the property showing, the application and/or approval process
